Needles Legal Case Management Software featured Mark Kosieradzki for their client spotlight. Needles is a law firm management software that integrates firm billing, contact management, calendars, case status and reports for each case. All case information becomes available to all authorized users at any time, day or night.

Needles interviewed Mark Kosieradzki on his experience with the system and featured him for their client spotlight which is blogged on the Needles website. Needles’ representative asked Mark Kosieradzki about the firm, Kosieradzki Smith Law firm, is “different in that we are not considered a ‘volume law firm.’ Case types are restricted mostly to med-mal and catastrophic litigation. Originally, we ran about 300 cases per lawyer, but we’ve since downsized to 60 cases total with a team of four lawyers. In addition, we track and review specialized cases such as nursing home abuse and burn/scald cases from other law firms. These amount to about 10-30 additional cases per week, and provide a challenge in finding out the ‘why’ behind the action. This, in turn helps to prove that the defendant was in the wrong.
