Mark Kosieradzki Recognized for Mentoring and  Personal Injury Trial Work

MINNEAPOLIS (August 10, 2020) Local attorney Mark Kosieradzki recently accepted the prestigious Joe Tonahill Award from the American Association for Justice (AAJ) for his 30 years of dedication to mentoring the next generation of trial lawyers along with his crusading work defending the defenseless, especially victims of nursing home abuse.

Kosieradzki co-founded the Kosieradzki · Smith Law Firm in 2004, to represent victims in serious injury, sexual abuse, and wrongful death cases in a variety of industries, with a national emphasis on nursing home abuse.  He has authored two books: 30(b)(6): Deposing Corporations, Organizations & the Government published by Trial Guides and Deposition Obstruction: Breaking Through published by AAJ Press.  In addition, he has given hundreds of lectures throughout the country on how to take on corporate giants.  His philosophy is to find the cause of injustice so he can advocate for real change.

Kosieradzki is the first Minnesota trial lawyer to be recognized with this award and joins standout trial lawyers around the country including Mark Lanier, Arthur H. Bryant, Joan Claybrook, and many others.
