Mark Kosieradzki Speaks to the Louisiana Association for Justice

Mark Kosieradzki spoke in New Orleans, LA on March 21, 2014, at a seminar held by the Louisiana Association for Justice. Mark spoke on the use of 30(b)(6) deposition technique developed for finding hidden documents by a corporation. The event was held at the Windsor Court Hotel. Mark is recognized by experience lawyers around the country for his expertise in deposition strategies and techniques.  He is frequently requested to speak to and teach lawyers throughout the nation on deposition strategies and skills, including the use of Rule 30(b)(6) depositions.

In May, Mark will be speaking at another national convention, the Trial Advocacy Boardwalk event in Atlantic City, New Jersey. He will be speaking about protective orders and confidentiality agreements.
