Attorney Kara Rahimi Invited to Speak at National Legal Conferences

The South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association’s offers its members “Expert practitioners present programs each year promoting excellence in advocacy, simplification of trial practice, and understanding of special litigation areas. On May 11th, Kara spoke to SDTLA’s members on the topic “Electronic Medical Research” at their Spring Seminar in Sioux Falls.

The American Association for Justice (AAJ), “the world’s largest trial bar, AAJ promotes justice and fairness for injured persons, safeguards victims’ rights—particularly the right to trial by jury—and strengthens the civil justice system through education and disclosure of information critical to public health and safety.”  AAJ held its annual convention in Chicago.  Kara spoke on the topic entitled “Leveraging Technology in Medical Research” on July 30th.
